Drug Testing

GLRC Testing Services provide reliable, court-directed drug and alcohol screening for individuals involved with the 96th District Court and the 25th Circuit Court in Marquette County. Designed to support probation compliance and pre-sentencing requirements, the program offers timely, observed testing with same-day results reported directly to the court.
Clients benefit from a straightforward process, affordable contracted rates, and clear guidelines that ensure accurate and accountable testing. Services are also available to out-of-district individuals, with flexible options and coordination to meet external legal requirements.

First-Time Clients

If this is your first visit, please bring:

  • Court-provided paperwork
  • One form of identification
  • Name of your PSI or probation officer

You will also be required to complete:

  • A demographics form
  • An authorization to release protected health information
    (This authorization can be revoked at any time.)

Testing Requirements

  • Report between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
  • Payment must be made before testing
  • All individuals must follow observed testing protocols as assigned by the court
  • Test results are submitted to the court no later than 9:30 AM the same day

Confirmation Testing

  • Available if you believe you received a false positive
  • Cost: $55 cash

Only one panel cup may be used per test

Out-of-District / Non-Contract Testing

For individuals not covered under the 96th District or 25th Circuit Court, or testing for other purposes:

  • Urinalysis (UA): $55 cash
  • Saliva Test: $55 cash (must be approved by your legal point of contact)

  • It is recommended that your court office contact us in advance to:
    • Confirm testing protocol requirements
    • Arrange secure transfer of results

Saliva Testing Policy

Out-of-district clients: Eligible with approval from their legal contact

  • 96th / 25th court clients:
    • NOT eligible unless approval is sent directly from their assigned officer
