Funding and Insurance

Funding sources vary by program, location and service.  Some accepted insurances include Michigan Medicaid, Medicare, MI Child, Indian Health Services (IHS), Courts, State of Michigan DHHS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and others.  In addition, self-pay of services is also an option.

State Funded Health Plans

Accepted state funded health plans include:

  • Michigan PIHPs — Contact your Regional Entity for assistance.
  • Medicare and Medicaid
  • MIChild
  • You may be eligible for Block Grant assistance, if you financially qualify.
  • Upper Peninsula Health Plan (UPHP)

Private Insurance Companies

In-network private insurance companies include:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Magellan
  • Tribal Services Behavioral Health providers

If you have out-of-network benefits, services may be covered.
